Scholarships

The Foundation has 49  funds awarding scholarships to high school seniors. In 2021 due to the generosity of donors like you, the Blackford County Community Foundation distributed $80,000 in scholarships to 23 high school graduates. Another five  scholarship funds are awarding another $17,460 in 2021 current college/vocational/technical school students and non-traditional students.

Our donors often honor the memories of their parents, grandparents, husbands or wives, sisters or brothers, sons or daughters, or co-workers—those who have served as admired role models. We are honored to pass on their generosity to Blackford County’s next generation.
