Lilly Endowment Inc. is helping local community foundations build their capacity to make more and bigger grants into the future. The Endowment’s latest initiative (GIFT VII) provides up to $500,000 in funding so that the Blackford County Community Foundation can match
any donor’s gift of $1 to the Foundation’s unrestricted endowment funds with another $2. These funds finance all kinds of projects.
